I found the breakfast excellent with varied options. The room was very clean. It had all necessary amenities. The location is convenient. It is only a short walk to public transport. Staff members were friendly and provided quick help.
The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, even when set to the lowest temperature. I wish they had a better system.

i loved how helpful the staff was. they stored my luggage after i checked out because my flight was later! the separate toilet, shower, and bathtub were such a great bonus.
the room i had felt a little sparse for a 4-star hotel. it lacked a proper desk and the minibar only had one water bottle, which wasn't refilled. it felt cramped overall

The breakfast had variety and tasted good. the beds were comfortable too. the hotel location was convenient for city access. I walked many times to the city center. the staff seemed friendly enough.
I had some issues with the garage. It felt expensive to pay each time i entered. it could have been structured differently. i think a day pass would be better value.

the location was acceptable, near transport links. it was not terrible, i suppose.
The room felt small and basic. Definitely not worth the money. i was also shocked to find a ripped bed sheet. The cleaning obviously isn't thorough. the cleaner then knocked on the door at 9 a.m. to ask if i needed cleaning, and when i said i was checking out, she replied 'i know' with a rude tone. Really, that's customer service?
